He was able to keep it light yet intellectually challenging for the duration of the whole program; which lasted approximately 8 hours. I went on this tour with my wife and sister. My sister and I are Brazilians and my wife is American. Rafael’s quality of service managed to please us all despite our individual cultural and educational differences. He had the right balance of telling us what we were looking at, and staying quiet so we could enjoy the ride. I saw no info that indicated we could swim from the boat if we wore a suit, so we were unprepared. (Not a big problem as we're not big swimmers; just a point for other travelers.) I was amused that the beer we were offered was Budweiser. As an American, it made me laugh because I expected a local brew. We enjoyed the ride, and the unique perspective of Rio from the water.”
