Not only was the boat loaded with close to 100 people (although the description said it would be max 45 people) but not one person from the staff spoke a single word of English although we specifically chose this tour because it was supposed to be offered in English. On top of this the transfer took more than 1 hour longer than it should have, the music on the boat was so loud that we couldn’t speak. almost all the drinks in the bar solf out during the first 2 hours and the lunch buffe was terrible.
